YES! We frequently host team meetings and gatherings, small association events and organizations seeking an energizing experience right on the Pepperdine campus.
All food and beverages served at Villa Graziadio must be provided by our talented culinary team.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. If you arrive prior to that time, let us know and we will get your room ready as soon as possible.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. We offer luggage storage should you need to depart after 12:00 PM.
Pepperdine University is an alcohol and drug-free campus. The Drescher Cafe is connected to the Villa Graziadio Executive Center and is open daily (M-F) from 7:30 A.M.-2:00 P.M. serving fresh, locally inspired food and beverages. Guests can also dine at all other campus dining facilities. The Malibu area offers an extensive selection of locally inspired restaurants and bars within minutes of Villa Graziadio Executive Center.
Upon arrival at Pepperdine University let the campus guard personnel at the entrance gate know you are staying and/or attending an event at the Villa Graziadio Executive Center.
Yes! We offer space rentals with or without catering for meetings and special group events. The Villa Graziadio Executive Center provides Meeting Packages for the entire day or a half-day and is designed to meet the needs of meeting attendees. The per-person price includes room rental, audio/visual equipment, meals, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and a dedicated conference team.
Complimentary Parking is provided for all guests of the Villa Graziadio. There are 14 spaces available directly in front of the Villa Graziadio. Parking lot R is designated for guests but has 50+ stairs from the parking level to the front entrance.
Alternative lobby-level parking: Use Parking Lot S, Center for Learning & Technology, from the parking lot, proceed down the hallway past the dining areas, through double doors, enter the Villa Graziadio through the rear lobby door toward the right.
Using GPS, just enter the Villa Graziadio Executive Center name in GPS. Directions will bring you to our front door, or download a campus map here.
Yes! We comply with all local and state accessibility requirements. We offer accessible rooms, just request one when you reserve your rooms. Upper floors are accessible by elevators.
